Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding pre-orders or otherwise communicated delivery arrangements.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and exclude order processing time. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
Orders containing three or more items may be subject to additional shipping charges based on weight. If applicable, we will contact you before processing your order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders, any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.
RETURNS
We offer complimentary returns and exchanges on eligible ARCH NYC purchases within 14 days of delivery.
Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return label has been issued, you have an additional 14 days to drop off your package with the respective carrier.
Requests submitted after the initial 14-day window, or items returned outside the permitted timeframe, may be eligible for store credit rather than a refund.
For pre-orders, the 14-day return and exchange window begins when your order is delivered.
Item Conditions
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and undamaged.
Items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements will not be refunded or exchanged. Customers will be notified, and ineligible items may be shipped back upon request.
Slippers
Slippers are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are not available on slipper purchases.
