RETURNS

We are happy to exchange or return any ARCH purchased merchandise to you within 14 days of receiving the original order. Returns and exchanges will not be honored if items have been used, worn, or damaged. Items that do not qualify for a refund or an exchange will not be processed. Customer will be notified and items will be sent back to the customer upon request.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the returns procedure above and then place a new order for the desired item. Please note that all shipping and returns charges are applicable for exchanges.
