We decided to feed our nostalgia and further dedicate ourselves to your closets by creating on the blog. It’s our two cents on all things shoes + styles as it relates to ARCH NYC. We give you an inside scoop on the details of our product and will be highlighting some other cool brands as well. It’s your answer to the “should I buy those?” question, just like the magazines. It’s our way of defining our position as a trusted style authority and letting you pick our fashion brain. Let us into your closet for 5 minutes every Monday, promise?



We aim to despatch all parcels between 1-3 days following your purchase unless otherwise communicated as an express, pre-order or staggered delivery.

Shipping lead-times shown are business days only. Weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will add additional time to the lead-times quoted. Total journey days may also vary due to local travel restrictions.

Parcels with five items or more may be subject to additional charges due to weight. We will contact you directly to notify you prior to processing your order if this is the case.

Please note that all shipping fees are non refundable. If you are outside of the US, local duties and taxes are payable by the customer in addition to the below shipping rates.

  • Standard shipping - $9.99 (3-4 business days) 
  • Express Shipping - $17.99 (1- 2 business days)
  • International Shipping - Calculated by address


We are happy to exchange or return any ARCH purchased merchandise to you within 14 days of receiving the original order. Once your return label is received you have 14 days to have your items dropped off at USPS. Should the item be returned outside of the 14 day window or a return requested after the 14 day window a store credit will be issued. Returns and exchanges will not be honored if items have been used, worn, or damaged. Items that do not qualify for a refund or an exchange will not be processed. Customer will be notified and items will be sent back to the customer upon request. 

Note: At this time Slippers are not eligible for returns. Exchanges or store credit only.
