    Parcels with five items or more may be subject to additional charges due to weight. We will contact you directly to notify you prior to processing your order if this is the case.

    Please note that all shipping fees are non refundable. If you are outside of the US, local duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon delivery in addition to the below shipping rates.

    RETURNS

    We are happy to exchange or return any ARCH purchased merchandise to you within 14 days of receiving the original order. Once your return label is received you have 14 days to have your items dropped off at USPS. Should the item be returned outside of the 14 day window or a return requested after the 14 day window a store credit will be issued. Returns and exchanges will not be honored if items have been used, worn, or damaged. Items that do not qualify for a refund or an exchange will not be processed. Customer will be notified and items will be sent back to the customer upon request. 

    Pre Order Return & Exchange window does not begin until you receive your merchandise.
